Mikaela Meyering

Technical Interior Designer

Growing up an Army brat allowed Mikaela the opportunity to experience multiple parts of the U.S. and Europe at a young age. Exposure to different types of architecture had an influence on her decision to pursue a career in design, but funnily enough, playing the computer game Sims 2 had the most impact.

Mikaela received her B.S. in Interior Design from Georgia Southern University in 2016 and moved to Austin shortly after. Since graduation, she has discovered a love for drafting and the construction side of interior design. She aims to produce detailed drawings that make the build process as efficient as possible and to design spaces that make everyday life more comfortable. Mikaela lives with her boyfriend and two dogs, and when not working, can usually be found playing soccer, baking, or admiring her many house plants.
